During my stint here, I work on 2nd and 3rd shift patrol in accordance with rules and regulations.My responsibilities include investigating crimes/traffic crashes, writing reports, testifying in court, enforcing traffic violations, and conducting interview to meet set scope.My duties comprise of coordinating with mall staff, security, and citizens to determine and solve problems.I am tasked with investigating shoplifting, robbery and attempted robbery, burglary, fraud, counterfeit money, and theft.I am entrusted in fostering relationships with student and/staff along with delivering presentation and school safety.I am responsible for arranging interviews with victims, suspect and witnesses, while investigating crimes.I am assigned with the task of writing thorough reports, processing crime scene, performing surveillance, and serving warrants.Furthermore, I testify in court, coordinate with State's Attorney's Office, draft search warrants, and obtain charges for cases.In addition, I provide safety presentations of students, staff, and parents.Below listed are some of my achievements till date:► Collaborated with other agencies, such as DCFS, Children's Advocacy Center, State's Attorney's Office, other Police Departments, and School Administrators to solve existing problem or deliver required work on time.► Investigated Homicides, cyber-crimes, fraud, aggravated criminal sexual assaults, child abuse and neglect, property crimes, fatal crashes, and death investigations.► Carried out investigation of Organize Retail Crime (ORC) and coordinated with staff to prevent issues.► Acted as community-oriented policing for about three years and stationed at South Park Mall.► Received special training to work in school setting.► Served as Juvenile Investigator and School Resource Officer in Criminal Investigation Division at Wilson Middle School.
