I have more than 20 years of experience working with clients in a variety of civil litigation cases including: Trust and estate litigation, fiduciary litigation, premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, appellate law, white collar litigation and corporate compliance and general commercial litigation. I've maintained a diverse practice having represented individuals, professionals and business owners in numerous industries including: Hospitality, auto, insurance, real estate, healthcare and construction. In 2009, I became Board Certified as a specialist in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Just one percent of Florida's 95,000 lawyers are board certified in civil trial law. I often serve as a guest speaker at seminars and conferences offered by organizations such as The Florida Bar, ABOTA and the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association.Most recently, I moderated a round table of federal judges and lawyer leaders, together with younger lawyers and law students.
