• Coordinating all aspects required to open a portfolio of ten emergency and surgical hospitals on schedule including construction, licensing, clinical and physician staffing, procurement, training, IT, lab, imaging.
• Creating a Project Management Office (PMO), developing and implementing the strategy to allow the project management team to support opening one site per month and introducing corporate templates to be used by newly.
• Establishing the budget for hospital openings and a process to track actual to plan. Identified and implemented cost reductions
• Creating the project management strategy for integrating acquired hospitals including review of due diligence documents, cultural alignment, results from integration planning visits, facility remodeling, assets and IT.

• Opened twelve emergency hospitals throughout Texas and facilitated Emerus' growth by:
• Coordinating the activities to open facilities on schedule including construction, licensing, clinical and physician staffing, procurement, training, IT, lab, imaging, marketing, contracts and policies
• Introducing a training plan for new hospital administrators and used it to train seven new leaders
• Leading the first introduction at Emerus of EPIC, an Electronic Medical Record system

• Coordinating monthly Operations Council to share best practices and weekly meetings to review the action plans in response to hospital accreditation surveys
