• Serve as the liaison that coordinates delivery of hundreds of vehicles annually to city agencies, including New York Police Department, Department of Citywide Administrative Services, Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Corrections, Parks Department, New York City Transit, Department of Buildings and Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications.• Coordinate with Major Police Supply in Kenvil ,New Jersey on upfitting agency vehicles for the New York Police Department.• Coordinate delivery of vehicles to Con Edison (light, medium and heavy duty) as well as personally presenting paperwork to Con Edison offices ahead of vehicle delivery to expedite registration and plating.• Create and update as needed filing system and spreadsheets that follow vehicles from delivery to payment.• Coordinate with Chevy, Chrysler and Toyota Service Departments to inspect and prepare vehicles for delivery to fleet clients.• Create billing and delivery instructions for all fleet vehicles.• Prepare instructions for and coordinate with billing office to generate Department of Motor Vehicles and car dealership paperwork.• Responsible for tracking vehicle inventory for Chevy and Chrysler and handle unannounced monthly audits with bank officers. • Liaison between comptroller and fleet clients for outstanding payments. • Work frequently with Dealertrack, Arkona, GMGlobal Connect and Dealer Connect. • Responsible for stocking vehicles in Dealertrack.• Filing certificates of origin (title) for individual vehicles until time of delivery.• Answer phones, field calls, and scan and send receipts of delivered vehicles to Fleet Director
