Heterogeneous Catalysis Research Group (HCRG) -Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) teamOur goal is to synthesize catalysts of comparable activity to Platinum, but made from less costly materials, and understand the structure and active sites in the catalyst. I synthesize catalysts and quantify their activity levels, as well as train new undergraduate students in catalyst synthesis techniques.

•Created demos to convey unique attributes of Quilted Northern bath tissues to consumers•Conducted long term research investigating the relationship between ingredients in a skin cleansing agent and its performance•Developed new bench top test methods to quantify skin feel after using skin cleansing agents•Participated in ethnography studies and prototyping sessions

Taught people of all ages water safety and swimming skills. Also led parent-child classes aimed at familiarizing infants with the water.
