📌Here is a little about who I am and my passions! I wear many hats - as a Director of Operations at Decisolve, a devoted wife, a proud mother and homeschooling teacher of our three amazing kids in a small community in Huron County, Ontario, Canada. 🍁 My passion lies in supporting the incredible work of emergency service professionals through our innovative training web app Assist. The first 26 years of my life on numerous occasions, emergency services has been a part of assisting and saving my life, and this is why I’m deeply committed to supporting such a vital cause. I strive for a balanced work and home life. Over the years this has taught me the importance of time management, flexibility, and cherishing the little moments.My role within Decisolve consists of intuitive leadership, copywriting, social media management, managing emails, scheduling, coordinating travel and lending a helping hand wherever needed, as I’m here to ensure our team runs smoothly and efficiently.Outside of the ‘office,’ you’ll find me guiding and educating my children while cherishing family time. This includes enjoying outdoor adventures, cozy movie nights, or simply soaking in the joys of parenthood as they embrace their authentic selves.
