Recent graduate of Merit America (Tech Bootcamp). My certificate has empowered my understanding of knowing the proper way to troubleshoot operating systems sufficiently, than before. Technical support for my students was sometimes challenging inside my virtual classrooms. Time-management became my best friend. Lesson completions, student written evaluations, over the past 6+ years of customer-facing teaching experience, is what I have to offer. Experiencing first hand the impact of technology on learning, propelled me to apply to Merit America.Stepping into my new career as an IT Support Specialist, I assure you, I am now able to analyze, troubleshoot, Ticketing Systems, Software Installation & Configuration, Microsoft Office 365, and evaluate technical issues sufficiently. Also, I am presently pursuing a Data Analytics Certificate, because helping an organization make better decisions for their employees as well as their customers, is valuable.I enjoyed being a teacher, but I am now excited to start a new chapter in the Information Technology world, at an entry level.
