Jennifer’s experience in education is multi-faceted, with involvement in both hands-on delivery and high-level strategic work. Since establishing ARCH Education, a top tier independent education institute, Jennifer has been instrumental in leading transformational curriculum development and bespoke counselling advisory whilst establishing unique educational programs in partnership with world-class schools and universities.As part of the University of Oxford Pembroke College Alumni Advisory Board and Ossulston Circle, Jennifer has had the honour of attending strategy conferences at Oxford with alumni advisors, Fellows and faculty leaders. Jennifer participated on the Panel of the China Oxford Scholarship Fund; and facilitates interviews at University of Hong Kong for undergraduates aspiring to apply for Visiting Student positions at University of Oxford. As an alumnus, Jennifer has been a long term Benenden School Hong Kong Trustee. Since 2019. Jennifer was appointed Council Member of the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, the city’s largest youth service organisation. In 2014, Jennifer co-authored a Best Seller book “Boarding Schools: All You Need to Know”. Jennifer conducted a spectrum of case study research for her Masters degree with a focus on higher order skills; and wrote papers on variation theories, peer learning strategies and diverse assessment methods. Jennifer continues to apply theory into practice when developing curriculum structures and teacher training programs catered to playgroup age to pre-university level. As the Group Chief Strategy Officer at CTFEG, Jennifer leads the execution of key business development projects and the establishment of strategic alliances worldwide.
