Life coaching is a co-creative partnership between client and coach. Each relationship is tailored to the specific needs of the individual client and his or her desired outcome. It is action and results oriented and serves as a catalyst for changes large and small. I believe that each of us has our answers within us. I love to partner with clients in their discovery of self generated strategies and solutions.
