Provides full cycle recruitment support including offer negotiation, orientation, onboarding / offboarding. Provides new hire follow up support to ensure successful integration of new employees. Works alongside Vice President of Human Resources in developing and conducting regular leadership training classes on a variety of topics. Supports management with career development for their team including creating Individual Development Plans (IDP's) for their associates. Supports additional Human Resource functions including employee engagement, and operational assistance.

Talent acquisition/full life cycle recruiter. Possess proven experience as Staffing Recruiter with experience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring procedures.) Solid knowledge of relevant legal regulations including equal employment opportunity, relocation, immigration laws and work authorization/visa requirements procedures, knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices. Leads the offer, negotiation and closing process to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring manager(s) and within the guidelines of the company's compensation philosophy; extends offers that exhibit fairness, professionalism and appealing career propositions to candidates. Reliable with a respect to confidentiality both personally, professionally and lawfully. Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of the recruiting process. Proven success in achieving results in hard to fill technical positions. Ensure job requirements are clearly understood. Present candidates and coordinate the interview process. Deliver a positive and efficient candidate experience by demonstrating effective communication skills while providing candidates with accurate and complete information.
