• Act​ ​as​ ​a​ ​client​ ​lead​ ​on​ ​designated​ ​accounts;​ ​develop​ ​a​ ​comprehensive​ ​social​ ​media​ ​plan​ ​for​ ​each​ ​account​ ​and​ ​make​ ​sure​ ​they are​ ​in​ ​line​ ​with​ ​client​ ​and​ ​company​ ​standards.• Build​ ​and​ ​engage​ ​with​ ​online​ ​communities​ ​by​ ​overseeing​ ​content​ ​creation,​ ​strategic​ ​online​ ​promotions,​ ​advertising​ ​and promoted​ ​posts​ ​that​ ​support​ ​digital​ ​initiatives​ ​to​ ​maximize​ ​return.• Create and maintain a specific voice and tone for online presence for all clients across appropriate channels.• Keep​ ​clients​ ​updated​ ​​ ​by​ ​sending​ ​out​ ​weekly​ ​reports,​ ​social​ ​media​ ​content​ ​calendars,​ ​client​ ​agendas​ ​and​ ​weekly​ ​updates.• Evaluate​ ​analytics​ ​reports​ ​to​ ​measure​ ​digital​ ​success​ ​and​ ​determine​ ​ROI​ ​of​ ​specific​ ​campaigns,​ ​audit​ ​reports​ ​to​ ​evaluatestrategy​ ​in​ ​alignment​ ​with​ ​client​ ​objectives,​ ​assessing​ ​key​ ​performance​ ​indicators,​ ​resolving​ ​when​ ​strategies​ ​aren’t​ ​working​ ​orthe​ ​situations​ ​change​ ​and​ ​adjusting​ ​strategy.• Stay​ ​up​ ​to​ ​date​ ​with​ ​all​ ​competitors​ ​and​ ​trends​ ​to​ ​develop​ ​and​ ​maintain​ ​creative​ ​marketing​ ​strategies.• Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with online influencers and media via local events and online interaction to ensure a diverse following and engagement foundation by meeting with a contact at least once a week• Work with graphics team to create digital platform graphics necessary for increased engagement and overall platform appeal.• Attend client meetings to assess the progress of the digital campaign. Consistently seek out new business opportunities on behalf of B&B, attending new business meetings and contributing to the proposal process.
