She is responsible for setting the regional TEDxJNJ strategy in alignment with the overarching TEDxJNJ strategy. With 2021 bringing the 10-year anniversary of TEDxJNJ, she is involved in setting and implementing the global strategy to recognize this exciting milestone. She impacts the growth and development of the TEDxJNJ community, leads, and supports Regional Ambassadors and Event Leaders, answering questions from community members, ideating, sharing best practices, and lessons learned with the Regional Ambassadors, and partnering with the Office of TEDxJNJ Leadership.

Jenn drives capacity planning and demand forecasting across the Content Management team. She partners with Content Strategy managers to assess pipeline of work from all functions and ensure resource availability. She also engages with Experience Design, Training, Change Management and Communications teams to assess content impacts and drive awareness of content strategy services.
