Owner's Representative / Third Party Project Manager in commercial workplace interior fit-outs. My role begins with our client's initial project conception and site surveys, through design & construction, commissioning & defect resolution, move & operational fit-up, that first day of business welcoming breakfast, followed by documentation close-out and ongoing support as needed. Whilst based in San Francisco, I run multiple projects concurrently across the Bay Area from San Francisco, Oakland, Sunnyvale and across the globe in London, UK. As the go to FF&E guru at our Design-Build firm, I lead the procurement department with the main objective of maintaining the design integrity within each project's budget and schedule requirements.Our projects ranged from formal corporate offices to funky co-working spaces, along with some retail projects and a high-end hospitality project too.
