As the quality manager, I worked to ensure integrity our food safety and quality systems as well as continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. I worked within a cross functional team to solve problems and deliver products that meet our customer's expectations while focusing on driving waste out of the operation.

As the corporate quality manager, I worked within cross functional teams including manufacturing, R&D, sales, customer service, and procurement. I was responsible for ensuring that the SQF Level 3 quality system was fully functioning. Fres-co prescribes to lean manufacturing principles and works to drive improvement into products and processes and improve customer satisfaction.

As the system engineer I focused on continuous improvment of processes and product quality. I worked on commercialization of new products and development of manufacturing processes. I also managed numerous of capital projects.

Participated in a structured co-op program in theInfant Care R&D Business Support function. Completed several projects including development of a test method for a new product feature, facilitating a fit study of a new product, and investigating raw material variability.
