Designed, curated and ready for approval, the Emerging Leaders program is aligned with OneBCLC and BCLC’s social purpose through BCLC’s Values in Action and our four pillars. This program blends classroom, online, learning groups, presentations and experiential learning.• Values in Action Strategy. Working collaboratively on the VIA committee to design and deliver learning experiences strategically to BCLC employees to build awareness of the Values in Action.• Course Design. Consult, curate and design a variety of courses that include the appropriate hybrid learning such as online, facilitated workshop, e-course and/or learning circles for sustainment.• Coaching and Debriefs. One on one coaching and debriefs for employees on EQi, Insights and Strengths assessments and general employee development/career planning recommendations. • Organization Wide Launch. Organized, coordinated and change managed the launch of our off the shelf learning platform, LinkedIn Learning. As a training associate, I planned and delivered training to Lottery Retailers and Casino Service Provider staff on BCLC’s technology and processes. When promoted to a Talent Management Advisor, I built out my LMS and e-Course capabilities, corporate needs assessment, learning design and facilitation skills.• Course Design and Delivery.
