Perform forensic underwriting and fraud analysis to conduct investigations of suspected or alleged fraud in residential mortgage lending

* Development of the website BearDirect.net, initial development and ongoing support, including BearDirect training and presentations *Examined competitors guidelines, compare and develop product matrix overlay. (Pricing and Product Analysis performed for over 25 competitors).* Authored new product guidelines, matrices (existing and new), announcements and bulletins. *Implement Fraud Detection procedures with the underwriting and credit departments. * Support and Assist Sales and Operations with general product questions, as well as provide presentations to all Channels on new products, and maintained new Account Executive monthly product guideline training. * Submitted appropriate documentation for Investor approval, regulators, and annual recertification’s, including power point creations and presentations. * Agency and Government backed products*Member of Risk Committee, Credit Committee, and the Fair Lending Committee.

* Preapprove, price, and place loans to guidelines of specific investors. Responsible for preapprovals, full packages, and stips.* Consult and attend broker relation visits, at the request of sales representatives, in order to strengthen relationships, from presentations, to marketing, to on the spot approvals.* Maintain a high level of work volume without compromising, accuracy, credit integrity, and consistency.* Managed closing department, including: personnel, wire reports, profitability reports, and daily operations. Including account management.

*Funded approx. $24,451,000.00 per month for Upland. *Promoted to Title Manager to review and approve all Title related documents prior to real estate closing.*Strong Mediation in both the Funding department and Title Department to insure smooth operations.

* Ran off-site bulk “buys” throughout the country, for several large clients with $ volume in excess of $20 million. Responsible for funding, legal, and client relations.* Responsible for making on-the-spot legal/Underwriting decisions on A-D non-conforming mortgage paper.
