Drives strategic initiatives, manages and fully executes the RFQ processPrepares and reviews proposalsPrepares awards and administers resulting purchase orders in accordance with FAR and DFAR and company policiesGenerates and commits orders up to $100,000.00 without management review, coordinates and ensures management review of and approval of orders over $100,000.00Negotiates additions, deletions, or modifications to purchase orders and resolves invoicing issuesResponsible for Procurement Compliance and Cost/Price AnalysisUtilize small and diverse businesses when pricing is favorableResponsible for the prompt closeout of completed ordersResponsible for Bailment Agreements

Responsible for both Government Direct and Indirect Procurements - Commodities include MRO items, facility services, large equipment purchases, preventative maintenance agreements for machines and vehicles, calibrations, fabricated parts and fixtures, software, safety and medical services and supplies. Familiar with FAR and DFAR requirements.
