• Responsible for establishing requirements, design, coding, testing, and adding new functionality to the GMI system as well as FIS Cleared Derivatives Integration Hub web-based platform. Identify, recommend, and execute efficiencies that can be achieved through the use of new systems, technology, and software. Create documentation, support, and train users.• Design, code, and test new functionality and updates to GMI system and FIS Cleared Derivatives Integration Hub system including GMI to FIS Cleared Derivatives conversion and Integration Services (web-based platforms). Design and implement process improvement solutions within the systems.• Manage projects and related timelines. Consistently meet requirements within established timeframes.• Create and maintain employee technical documentation and guides as well as provide employee training. Deliver training presentations and demos of web-based platform to employees including upper management.• Technical and functional expert in the following subsystems of the GMI system: Commissions, fees, offsetting, position maintenance, RPM, regulatory reporting, trade entry, and trade load.• Worked in London office 2002-2005 and 2011-2013.
