My work experience and history is focused on providing the highest customer care and building relationships of trust. My professional career began at Bank of America where I was hired as an entry level teller and through my hard work and dedication, progressed through every position in the banking center and was in time promoted to Branch Manager. Having experienced all levels of responsibility in the bank I was able to be an effective leader and mentor to my co-workers. I took these leadership skills to a new industry and began working in the orthodontics and dental field. By relying on my strong relationship building skills, I became the patient care coordinator and provided regional trainings to other offices in the area. I am currently working as the Office Manager for a physical therapy office where I am the patient liaison for our patients and care providers.
