Responsible for Product Development, Design, Production, Merchandising, Sourcing, Planning and Supply Chain

Led a Product Development and Materials team of 50 in Watches, Leathers and Jewelry as well as indirectly lead our overseas sourcing and product team. Collaborated with our factories overseas, driving cost-savings and speed to market initiatives. Coached and developed team to consistently deliver on product margin goals while ensuring quality and reduced lead-times. Developed and implemented off-shore sourcing strategies in India, Cambodia, Philippines, and Myanmar that took advantage of reduced duty rates and diversified our production.

Oversee $500M global outlet planning and off-price businesses. Led a team of 20 planners for both Fossil Outlets and Watch Station Outlets as well as managed our off-price business and sales team. Maximized margins on product by prioritizing channels for disposition of excess inventory. Developed strong internal relationships with merchant, brand and finance partners, and well as with external accounts like TJX, Ross Stores and Nordstrom Rack. Ideated and implemented made-for off-price product lines to help eliminate excess materials and take advantage of off-peak factory production.

Led a team of 7 planners for Fossil and Relic women's and men's wholesale leathers

Drove the sourcing process from vendor selection to product delivery for a diverse $300M area that included kids’ sleepwear, infant bedding, bath, and layette. Traveled to China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Bangladesh to cultivate new and strengthen existing vendor relationships and to identify opportunities for cost reductions.

Managed all aspects of sourcing for plus-size apparel, a $100M area that included denim, knits, sweaters, and swim. Worked cross-functionality with 2 buyers, 2 designers, and a development manager.

Buying responsibility for Streetwear, American Rag, and status, the largest volume buying job in juniors. Led division transition from May Company systems to Macy’s.

Developed, purchased, and planned assortments for a rapidly expanding specialty chain.
