As a Branch Business Banking Area Manager, I directly manage a team of Relationship Managers in Oklahoma who are responsible for driving business sales and revenue growth in assigned branches within a given market. I partner with the branch network and other key partners to ensure the achievement of RM performance metrics and to grow the branch P and L. I improve performance level and business-specific measures for branches and coach and develop staff members on all aspects of successful new customer acquisition and relationship management through deepening and retention of clients.

As the Business Wholesaler I was responsible for delivering live and virtual workshops, conducting teleconferences and working with District Manager’s to make an immediate impact in priority branches without a Business Banker. Working directly with the Small Business Specialist and analyzing the business performance of branches in an effort to increase the business revenue in those branches.

Responsible for successfully driving sales and revenue growth in the branch. Held accountable for both individual sales production and for serving as a Business expert who coaches and mentors the branch team. Duties include working with the branch’s existing book of business customers to ensure business and personal cross-sell, capture of entire relationship, and improved customer retention, to increase branch balance and revenue growth. Responsible for managing and expanding existing clients’ portfolio by selling specific investment products including annuities and mutual funds. Accountable for maintaining a Series 6, 63 and insurance licenses. Additional responsibilities included recommending appropriate banking products including checking, savings and home loan products. Responsibilities also include managing small business customers by partnering with ADP and Paymentech to deliver solutions.
