Production and execution of social (primarily weddings) and corporate events as they relate to hospitality in all aspects (including but not limited to contracting additional vendors, negotiating rates, implementing contracts and working within the client’s budget). On-site coordination and follow through of all booked events. Creating contracts, securing deposits and final billing of events.

Management of 20+ food vendors at one of the New York State's most widely attended festivals of it's kind. The position includes acquiring vendors, contracting, menu planning, permitting, insurance needs, advertising, placement of vendors and hands on day-of attention to all vendors needs. It is a year round position that at peak requires 10+ hours per week.
