I am a 27 year veteran teacher of middle grades Science and Math. I am also certified in AIG and Biology. Prior to teaching, I worked in the office of a paper company in Ohio, typing invoices prior to the age of computers. I worked in the parts department at a furniture store and was a sales associate at Belk. I am no stranger to customer service. I worked in daycare prior to beginning my teaching career. I am self-motivated, detail oriented, extremely organized and I try to still learn something new each day. I am proficient in Microsoft Suites and Google Suites. I have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. I have been in many leadership roles at the various schools I have served. I work well independently and collaboratively. Teaching has taught me to be flexible and adaptive. I enjoy building relationships with colleagues and clients.
