My journey as a leader has been one of evolution, discovery, and growth. I started my career at Microsoft at age 23, quickly advancing into management within my first year. Leading my first team of 12 in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, I learned the complexities of managing people with little formal training—an experience that sparked my passion for leadership development. Over the years, I managed teams as large as 150 people, traveled globally to negotiate contracts, and built new capabilities from scratch. While I excelled in strategy and operations, what truly energized me was developing people and building high-performing, engaged teams that delivered extraordinary results.Eventually, I realized my passion lay not in technology but in helping people and organizations thrive. I pivoted my career and launched Empower Coaching in 2013. For the past 11 years, I’ve been partnering with leaders to unlock their potential and align strategy with culture for sustainable growth. Through programs like the Mastering Leadership Program, executive coaching, and Myers-Briggs trainings, I’ve guided leaders to create breakthroughs in performance and team cohesion.
