Working remotely in a busy city centre language school. Teaching kids and adults using the text book and my own ideas to convey the language points

I currently work as a self employed person via platforms such as Profy and Preply. My duties include writing a delivering lesson plans on a wide range of engaging topics. I find Regular progress tests great to asses students progress, and I always form great relationships with my students. My classes have been given 5 star reviews and I was delighted to be featured as graduate of the month on the TEFL job site just 2 months ago! I am now seeking a part time non remote position to add to my teaching schedule, although would consider remote also.Experience wise, I've worked with kids, Adults, teenagers..you name it! Looking forward to continuing my teaching journey in Portugal and being inspired by some new faces :)

-Teaching Chinese kids aged 5-16 -Using online tools and software to engage them and help them in the understanding of the text. -Teaching textbook material from the school's curriculum - Using my personality and body language to express ideas and help them learn in a visual way -Using TPR to attach meaning to the language

FOH and all rounder on Bristol's prestigious Harbourside. Waitressing, making alcoholicbeverages, coffees and our award winning ‘posh fish and chips’. Maintaining hygiene in therestaurant and service with a smile is the usual routine, while working hard and enjoying goodbanter with co workers and customers

Chef/ FOH in busy Korean street food cafe. Daily, I was either responsible for making drinks,taking bookings and greeting customers, preparing/serving food, or taking part in the meat andveg prep/ cooking the food in the kitchen. Work tasks vary day to day, as the place is run on acommunity basis

Barista/ Bartender for a busy guesthouse on the Island of Koh Payam. Here I was servingsnacks and making beverages, bartending at the beach bar. Keeping guests happy andmaking sure they had everything they needed to ensure the stay with us was a memorable one

Fashion assistant at London market stall. Duties included up selling the clothes, setting up stallin the morning and arranging the stock, packing up and dismantling the stall at the end of theday. Experience in working unsupervised in the marketplace
