- Proactively audit big spend accounts/contracts regularly to ensure compliancy by building and utilizing SAS codes.- Identify major risk areas which make up more than 50% of penalties for errors from retroactive audits.- Aligning all accounts tied to both E&I and America Saves GPO.- Assess Quarterly pricing reviews for contracts with custom pricing parameters.- Analyze data with specific contractual language to forecast margin gain/loss.- Analysis of pricing parameters and collaboration with the National Sales Field ensuring accounts are set up properly.- Re-evaluate pricing implementations due to various Pricing initiatives and re-figure margin loss/gain.- Analyzing and reporting on the Contractual Restriction database.- Building of SAS tools to identify both "high risk" and "opportunity" parameters. Track/monitor so we help meet the expected sales and margins.- Monitor monthly RISI Index changes and apply price changes across a large set of accounts.- Identify, document, and track accounts/settings that are coded incorrectly in our system. Includes following up with the national sales field to get them corrected in the system. - Developed new process to efficiently ensure all contractual restrictions are tied to the appropriate accounts.- Maintain leadership and team development by communicating directly with Senior Vertical Market Directors, National Sales Field, and various national internal departments.

- Coordinate and control all sales field requests to add or change prices on contract customer pricing and ensure margin sustainability, accountability, and compliance.- Understand pricing contract language and ensure pricing of contract items are compliant.- Track communication threads for reporting, margin impact, and other possible future Compliance and Audit needs.- Manage filing systems and develop office procedures for paper flow and retention for both paper and electronic files.- Collaborate with Pricing Analysts and Managers to resolve contract changes to ensure accurate contract uploads.- Assist in Contract Maintenance when needed.- Assist in training sales field for strategic pricing practices for quarterly pricing increases.- Demonstrate commitment to OfficeMax core values.
