As part of that, I developed and coordinated internal and external enrollment marketing/communications, grassroots engagement initiatives, and pupil recruitment and retention strategies for Michigan’s largest school district.Accomplishments:• Directly contributed to the district's enrollment stabilization through broad, strategic Public Relations initiatives after decades of enrollment decline. • Coordinated annual successful Districtwide Open Houses for 97 schools and All Schools Fair events, drawing thousands of families and students to aid retention and recruitment.• Successfully coordinated major media and Marketing initiatives for Districtwide Enrollment Campaigns and Individual School Marketing Plans including print advertisements, radio broadcasts and TV commercials.• Project-managed and drafted the District’s first Enrollment Manual, consolidating disparate Enrollment procedures.• Developed and coordinated Winter and Summer Enrollment Marketing Campaigns, engaging more than a dozen major S.T.E.A.M.
