I have worked with vulnerable people and families for many years in all settings, I have worked in Housing, I ran my own organization in 2008 to prevent knife crime I had the support of the police, I have trained many people, I'm very good at getting the best out of people. I'm a very good advocate. I am always the first to the office, I put all myself into what ever job I'm doing. I'm hard working, I was promoted to team leader during Covid. it was hard going but I keep going, I manage a team of 10 now complete supervision and appraisals, I support my team how ever I can, I take lead on projects I manage all aspects of my work.
