My primary responsibility was proactively identifying and resolving rejections that were significantly impacting hospital and physician accounts receivable. I also developed online training tutorials using Adobe Captivate, created and maintained electronic training manuals and reference guides, designed and presented both internal and customer-based classroom trainings, and mentored new and experienced employees.
