As a Mortgage Loan Officer I originate mortgage loans for the membership of Associated Credit Union, while also working to build additional business through repeat clients and referrals, realtors, builders, and other industry professionals. Responsible for all communication with clients in regards to their mortgage loan from application to closing. I also analyze credit reports and collect all necessary documentation from clients to follow all guidelines of the customer's mortgage program while working with secondary market underwriters to ensure loan approval. Educated and highly knowledgeable in FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs while also staying up to date with the changing market products and regulations.

Worked closely with clients helping to create and maintain long-term financial goals. Assisted with mutual funds, investments, and life insurance, while retirement and estate planning.
