My short-term professional goal would be to become a Registered Dietitian and work with the Extension Agency of North Carolina or as a clinical dietitian. My short-term educational goal would be to complete my Master at Meredith College and gain more insight on areas of nutrition I have not ventured into such as public health policy or research. My long-term professional goal would be to work with families and adolescents with nutrition counseling and physical activity training. My long-term educational goals would be to enroll in a doctoral program so I can educate students at a collegiate level and engage in continuing education with dietetic practice groups such as pediatric nutrition and weight management.
