I have the overall overview of the production thus highly communication skills are needed to reach the correct person or customer if we experience any challenge with the production process. In addition, I handle stock orders levels effectively and I coordinate the shipment by sea or air when needed. I have a big focus on big projects where my main role is to ensure that the crates for packaging are received, the order is packed and the shipment gets done in an effective way.
