-Receive purchase orders from customers, create work orders for production lines, and maintain supporting materials to meet customer requirements for over 200 SKU's.-Assist in developing forecasts for SKU levels and maintain inventory levels for national sales, top sells, and out-of-stock.-Manage customer's open order report.-Supervise and coordinate production of finished goods to ensure delivery in a timely manner.-Interact with quality control, product, and lab department on batches and component releases.-Main point of contact to customers and all internal departments involved including production, purchasing, and shipping.-Responsible for notifying management of any issues before/after production as well as notifying the customer on any scheduling, components, and raw materials delivery issues.
