- Leader of audit engagements for transportation, healthcare, and service firms, including multiple SEC registrants with revenues in excess of $1 billion.- Manage teams of professional staff on multiple engagements in a typical year.- Manage budgets for multiple projects and analyzed engagement results to identify efficiencies for future projects.- Assist in the review of SEC filings including but not limited to S-X 305 financial statements, quarterly filings, annual filings, 8-K information statements.- Assist management in research of technical accounting issues to provide timely resolution of issues identified.- Timely identification of internal control and operational weaknesses, developed recommendations, and presented findings to client management, including SOX engagements.

As an Advisory Committee member, I meet with members of the business school faculty to help guide and understand the curriculum that is being offered at the University.

The Plano Art Association is dedicated to encouraging the visual arts development of the membership, and inspiring awareness of the visual arts by sharing the joy, passion and beauty within and beyond our Plano community. In my role on the Board of Directors, I assisted executive management in developing programs and cost management to ensure funds are spent wisely and for the specified purpose of the organization.

In my role as a Board Member, I assisted management in their early phases of being a not-for-profit. We helped develop plans for fundraising campaigns and ways to reach additional members of the community.
