Managed temporary and fixed sites for COVID testing while company was opperational in Connecticut Responsibilities:Manage Field Operations Specialists at a particular testing siteSupervise the team, including scheduling and documenting performanceAnswering and handling patient information (HIPAA)Ensure proper wear of PPE for employeesManage accountability and inventory of test kits to ensure on-time deliveriesWork with the recruiting team, Training Managers and HR to schedule testing and training for new employeesTrack and report key data points to Field Ops Manager at various locations throughout the regionTroubleshoot multiple issues as they arise & work on finding more efficient solutionsMaintain, clean and sometimes drive van to daily location (van operations only)Conduct training of testing site staff on how to use Curative Inc. test kits and software (alongside assistance of the Training Team)Conducts customer service training & proper wear of PPE to new employeesEnsure test sites have all test kits and PPE equipment to run operationsManage accountability and inventory of test kits to ensure on-time deliveriesPerform other duties as assigned
