Jennifer’s motto about life and work is simple. Work hard. Be fearless.And she’s done just that — in careers across industries and across the United States. From selling group life insurance and conducting leadership training for C-suite executives to opening her own bakery, growing a sales territory for a waste management company, educating employees about their benefits plans and more. She’s even worked at a dude ranch in Wyoming. Work hard. Be fearless.Jennifer’s new role as Director of Strategic Sourcing will allow her to flex strengths — process development/implementation, data-driven decision making, moving from planning to execution— that she's used in many of her jobs and that are second nature to her. To say Jennifer is detail oriented is an understatement. Just consider that as a business undergrad, quantitative analysis was her favorite class.If there’s another tie that binds Jennifer’s diverse experience it’s in how she approaches each new opportunity. When she joins an organization, she seeks to understand it from the ground up and to know and partner with colleagues across departments. Whether out in the field as a salesperson or in a warehouse managing inventory and shipping routes, Jennifer always has an eye toward finding efficiencies and improving processes. She’s comfortable interacting with colleagues and leaders alike and in making informed recommendations that will make companies better and stronger. Work hard. Be fearless. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys having adventures with her husband and two tween sons, playing Pickleball, working on her golf game, reading and being outdoors.
