I am responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. In addition, I share the responsibility of control and overseeing the organization as a whole. I help develop goals, company policies, strategic plans, and decisions on the direction of the business. I help market the company to maximize their profit.

Assigned to Flint Hills Pasadena location, Capital Projects division. Supervised and coordinated on-site and shop inspection personnel, both domestically and foreign, to ensure compliance with Capital Project requirements. Reviewed and maintained all vendor equipment data / records, inspection reports, and made sure the information was in compliance with plant project requirements alone with OSHA PSI / Process safety information requirements. Responsible for plant deliverables, auditing of on-site and shop contractors, and assisted in other QA/QC efforts as directed by Capital Projects QA/QC Engineering Manager.

Researched plant-furnished documentation to assess compliance with OSHA Process Safety Information as it pertains to equipment and piping. Helped systemization and circuitization of piping, as instructed. Implemented data in to the company's inspection databases for the purpose of generating and analyzing data, corrosion rates, and retirement dates. Assisted in drawing, and revising, drawings utilizing AutoCAD.

Maintained and managed the inspection data management program for two BASF sites and documentation control department. It was my duty to ensure the facility was in compliance with plant and OSHA requirements. In addition, I helped perform routine internal audits to ensure compliance. I also coordinated plant and vendor inspections for the plants inspection department.

Assisted attorneys with administrative duties, library research, court document filings, prepared exhibits and documents as directed. In addition, I calculated client expenses and prepared reports for billing purposes.
