- Bookkeeping for all revenue and expense transactions (Quickbooks)- Maintain bank accounts, and managed cash flow of receipts and disbursements- Prepare and present financial package at all board meetings- Work with others to develop and monitor project and annual budgets- Develop and review financial internal control policies, and implement processes

- manage a team of 4- perform weekly and monthly financial analysis and reconciliations for multiple departments- work with departments to prepare and monitor budgets- supervise and review all monthly state and local sales tax, all annual personal property tax, and all annual state and local annual report and registration filings- perform detail review of the 990 and 990-T - prepare and review journal entries - oversee monthly investment reconciliations and preparation of financial statement disclosures- assist in preparation of the monthly board financial report package

- Supervise teams of up to four staff, new hires through experienced staff on multiple audit engagements- Form 990 tax return review- Serve as a mentor formally for up to 5 members of our team- Develop and execute metrics and communications to facilitate meeting internal and external goals- Develop training materials and lead local presentations for nonprofit GAAP and audit requirements- Instruct at our national week-long training for firm wide staff of 2 years’ experience
