About Jennifer Petruniak

As a partner at Dillon and as the Executive Director, People working with our technical staff, I get to share the passion I have for science and actively contribute to shaping the future of a really great, employee-owned, Canadian company. At Dillon, we walk the talk when we say we empower passionate people to create better solutions. This is what I experience as an employee and what I witness daily as an owner.I’ve always identified as a biologist. More specifically, as an ecologist. I love looking at the sum of all the things in a system. My passion for systems, ability to adapt, and love of solving problems with flexible and innovative solutions led me to a career in consulting and into management. I bring my way of looking at things as an ecologist to the operations of our business and the boardroom table. As a consultant, I’ve learned and experienced so much in my career. I’ve explored natural environments, contributed to the creation of a greener economy, delivered my professional opinion at council meetings and tribunals, been trusted by clients to help them advance their business and welcomed into the lives of my colleagues, where many have become friends. Valuing adaptability, I am looking forward to the future and the challenges that await!
