Jennifer Pickle has been with Buchanan Technologies for over five years and is currently an Account Executive. Before this, she served as the Executive Assistant to Buchanan’s CEO, where she was exposed to all sides of the company, giving her valuable knowledge of internal processes and procedures. As an AE, Jennifer is ultimately responsible for managing a portfolio of existing Buchanan clients and helping them identify new technology services and solutions to accommodate their needs. Jennifer’s day-to-day responsibilities include relationship building, correspondence with clients, and working with other departments to ensure consistent support. Jennifer has a passion for providing superior customer service to her clients and has worked in several client-facing roles across various industries, including retail, insurance, real estate, and technology. Much of Jennifer’s free time is spent with her daughter and granddaughter.
