Any change process whether it is a brand identity, an organizational structure or brand design have one aspect in common: it’s all about people. That’s what my job is about. Putting people at the heart of the story and finding out what they actually need in order to work or live better.As a brand strategist I constantly need to adapt to new markets, clients and tasks from German start-ups to global cooperation including B2B and B2C – always aiming at transforming a complex topic into an easy understandable story. I have grown my skills in the analysis and development of brand and portfolio strategies, workshop development and moderation based on the design thinking method as well as project management. My joy as a brand strategist, so far, was supporting the digital transformation process of a big German automotive brand by developing a common vision and values through a joint workshop.While at work mostly Powerpoint is my toolbox, privately I am a passionate craftswoman of furniture or cloth. I love to dive into different cultures, stories and histories either through a novel or by travelling through countries with my backpack.
