Provides leadership to lean accounting team that services internal accounting and finance needs as well as assisting several portfolio companies with full service back office needs. Manage budgets and forecasts, including monitoring against actuals and preparing variances monthly. Oversee federal, state and foreign tax compliance related to domestic and international investments• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data generated to satisfy investors, Fox and the Company President• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial statements on cash and GAAP bases• Determine income and expense allocations for investors, including updating distribution waterfalls and capital accounts based on the terms outlined in the governing documents• Oversee accounts payable process including outgoing payments for domestic and foreign entities. • Safeguard company assets by developing, monitoring and implementing controls• Manage all insurance renewals for the parent company and majority-owned subsidiaries.• Serve as the key strategic thought leader for corporate finance and reporting matters for the company.

Responsible for the accounting and operations of the management company, investing partnerships and general partner entities which include the monthly close, preparation of financial reports, journal entries and reconciliations. Implemented, monitored and enforced company travel and expense policies.• Handled recruiting and hiring of new employees and renewing and maintaining employee benefits.• Maintained the investor database for distribution of reports, capital calls and other correspondence• Managed insurance policy renewals, including D&O, EPL, property and casualty, business owners and workers’ compensation.• Identified and applied “best practices” from professional conferences and networking in the community• Computed capital calls, distribution payments and allocation of profits/losses to partners and members according to the respective agreements, including claw back provisions and waterfall calculations• Utilized ADP to generate, review and reconcile semi-monthly payroll for the management company
