Responsibilities included purchasing product for my department as needed, managing current records of returns and damages, organizing events and classes to increase department sales, maintaining contact with vendors, monitoring trends and rotating stock based on performance, making sure staff has adequate training on current products, performing opening, closing and all sales duties for the department.

Duties included assisting callers with account inquiries, completing research requests, troubleshooting check card errors, updating records for loss control, referrals for sales, and communicating vital information to other departments within the bank, as well as general customer service responsibilities. This position required me to be on the phone for the majority of my shift.

Responsibilities included showing and leasing apartments, creating and maintaining resident ledgers, answering phones, verifying applications for employment and residential history, preparing deposits, taking work orders and rental payments, completing rent rolls, as well as assisting the property manager with necessary reports and resident related issues. Duties included receptionist responsibilities, maintaining and categorizing legal files for 19 attorneys/legal assistants, picking up, sorting, and delivering mail, maintaining and ordering office and kitchen supplies, running errands, and setting up and cleaning conference rooms for attorney meetings. I also served as primary back up for all afternoon courthouse runs, and assisted legal secretaries with their daily activities. I left the position to obtain an insurance certification.

I implemented a follow-up system to keep in contact with customers, reduced damage costs by 50% after one month, and increased business by 100% after 3 months.
