Our Shared Journey (OSJ) was founded to advance Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color (BIWOC) entrepreneurs. OSJ facilitates access to vital resources, fosters a supportive community, and offers mindset growth tools, technology, and peer support, enabling transformative experiences for both individuals and their businesses. Acknowledging the distinct challenges faced by BIWOC entrepreneurs, OSJ aims to bridge the gap by providing access to people and resources essential for success. By harnessing the strength of community groups, OSJ strives to contribute to a more equitable future, ensuring that women of color can access the same high-quality resources available to their counterparts in the business world.
