Having completed a large number of transformations using core 5 lens, 5 phase approach we then transitioned into multiple, deeper and more enhanced programmes of change. • Working across the full organisation to assess and enhance the control environment, mapping end to end, liaising with and facilitating workshops to provide a clear picture of their Risk and Control environment.• I have worked closely with multiple large scale programmes, looking at the way they work to deliver the best service for customers and aligning their operating model to fit – at times this has required strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence all levels of the organisation.• My passion is for coaching and I am currently working towards an accreditation in Gallup's Strengths Based coaching, having already completed formal training. • I have received training from McKinseys on Root Cause Problem Solving techniques, conflict resolution and Pyramid Thinking. My key strengths are my ability to build relationships quickly, influencing and inspiring others.I am self-aware and will always challenge myself to improve, learn from everything I do, take feedback with an open mind and understand the impact my actions have on others or the business.
