I am a physical therapist in St. Charles County, Missouri. I have been in the outpatient setting since graduating in Dec 2012 and have developed strong orthopedic rehab skills. I spent 7 years working daily along side a therapist who specializes in throwing and shoulder rehab at a professional MLB level, equipping me with a compressive understanding of shoulder rehab for young and old alike. In addition, I have spent significant time working with post op patients in the home as they transition from TKA and THA to outpatient and developed an exercise regimen for this critical time period to maximize recovery results and decrease recovery time. I am a certified women's health therapist, with the ability to treat incontinence, pelvic pain, and bowl disfunction in adults, with a special interest in pre and post partum women.
