As Facility Manager, I hold multiple responsibilities:-Manage and oversee a group of 4-6 staff members on each shift and assist them any time need help handling certain situations with customers-Oversee any facility reservations, set-ups, and equipment-Prepare, update, and submit Manager Reports for every shift, as well as incident/accident reports and reprimands when needed-Train and evaluate lifeguards, assistant facility managers, operation assistants, and facility assistants.-Know the facility and its resources, as well as being knowledgeable about the University of Miami and building emergency procedures, having the ability to carry them out when needed-Observe inside and outside of the building for deficiencies i.e., light bulbs out, carpet stains, missing/dirty mop heads, unclean restrooms, clogged toilets-Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

As Assistant Facility Manager, not only do I uphold customer service standards while working at the front desk or the pro-shop, I also assist the facility managers in whatever they may need, whether that be the opening or closing of the building, maintenance duties, or anything they may need assistance with. As Assistant Facility Manager, I will continuously learn the policies and procedures of the building, while also gaining customer service and delegation experience, through learning from and observing the facility managers.

As a Student Assistant for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, I have two primary roles: one is to work the front desk. At the front desk, I assist prospective or admitted students and families with any admission-related questions they may have. These questions can range from directions to questions about the application process. I also check in the families for the student-led tours that depart from the admissions office. Second, I give the admissions presentations that occur before the student-led tours. These presentations contain information about the admission process, financial aid, extracurriculars, school spirit, and more.

As a President's 100 Student Ambassador, I give tours for and represent the University of Miami. I help welcome incoming admitted or prospective students and their families to the university. I help provide an open and welcoming environment by answering any and all questions a student or their family may have, while also taking them through the academic and social sides of the campus. I also assist the office of undergraduate admissions by working admitted students' events.
