I support the organisation’s strategic and business planning processes. I develop and maintain systems to monitor and anlasye the organisation’s performance against the business plan and provide regular reports to senior management and the Board. This involves working closely with departments across the organisation to define their business plans for the year and how they contribute to the overall objectives of the organisation.

I developed evidence based regulatory policy solutions through the provision of detailed analysis and research. In addition to producing materials and information, for use by others, to a high standard in line with existing policies and procedures. I managed five successful publications of the Handbook during this time - liasing wih Commitees, Boards and relevant internal departments and ensuring thst all updates are delivered accurately and on time.

Provided high quality support to Directors and managers from key areas of the business, which included communicated complex issues either verbally or in written briefs in a clear and concise manner, meeting with stakeholders and attending internal and external meetings. I prepared and organised seminars and events which included sourcing, viewing and booking venues, arranging speakers, and providing attendees with the necessary information about the event;
