I enjoy challenging my mind and body; physically keeping fit so I can go anywhere my feet me take me and do anything I set my mind to. I have reached the summit of several mountains, climbed a 5.10 rock face on my first attempt, and I learned how to wire a house during COVID along with other construction skills. Each a rewarding lesson in determination and self-awareness. I no longer NEED to call for help when I want to change a light fixture anymore. I thrive on learning new things. Audible is my best friend and we hang out often. I love to learn about neurology, nutrition, investing, communication, motivation, and way too many other topics to list here. I actually love organizing and problem-solving. Finding new a design or format which increases productivity and efficiency brings me joy. My spatial awareness offers me the ability to reorganize making them more functional and efficient. I've been an optimist for all my life, and I believe in smiling. Sharing smiles and maintaining a positive outlook are important to me. These simple things are instantly effective and reciprocal. My favorite fortune a cookie once told me is, "Enthusiasm is contagious; a lack of enthusiasm is also contagious." And as my life continues so too does my ability to learn and improve myself.
