- As the only employee in the Economic Development Department, responsible for all communication, planning, networking, goal-setting, RFP development, incentive strategy, budgeting, and administrative work related to Economic Development within the City. - Foster a climate of collaboration of general public, city leadership staff and members of City Council through the creation of data-driven communication tools to drive strategic infrastructure planning and economic development efforts. - Cultivate close working relationship with Economic Development Partners including but not limited to: Bixby Chamber, Tulsa Metro Chamber, Oklahoma Film + Music Office, Oklahoma Tourism Department, ICSC members, developers, property owners, business owners and investors. - Responsible for recruitment, communication, planning, coordination, and administrative work related to events held in the City, including events at City facilities; events at other facilities where the City is either a participant, sponsor, or advocate; events that require City authorization, licensing, or permitting.- Perform communication, planning, coordination, and administrative work related to City Public Information efforts for all media outlets, including print, television, radio, social media, and other means of City distribution of information. - Successfully implemented branding strategy for City of Bixby, including but not limited to; strategic brand planning, logo and external branding, internal brand management.

- Develop and manage marketing campaigns for Tulsa Crime Stoppers, effectivelydriving brand awareness, engagement and traffic to several social media pages and websites.- Responsible for program development and overall operations.- Accounting of all financials including but not limited to payroll. Reporting financials to Board of Directors. -Design and publish all print collateral including but not limited to brochures, event flyers, program materials, etc. - Developed short-term and long-term Strategic Plans achieving all targets and milestones.- Increased program engagement over 55% in first year, 80% after two years. - Coordinate and plan internal and external events to increase brand awareness.- Designed and launched Tulsa Tips mobile application.- Developed new website www.tulsacrimestoppers.org, and responsible for projectmanagement and upkeep.
